I give the University of Economics and Humanities situated in Bielsko-Biala permission to process my data.

Pursuant to art. 13 item. 1 and item. 2 of the general regulation of the European Union concerning personal data protection no. 2016/679 of 27th April 2016. (Journal of Laws. E.U. L119 of 04.05.2016) we hereby inform that:
1. Administrator of your personal data is Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomiczno-Humanistyczna located in Bielsko-Biała, at 4, Sikorskiego St.
2. The Inspector of personal data protection has not been appointed. All matters pertaining personal data shall be addressed to odo@wseh.pl.
3. Your personal data will be processed for the recruitment procedures and teaching scheme regulations as well as for the accountancy and fiscal obligations.
4. Access to your personal data will be granted to persons authorised by the administrator of personal data.
5. Your personal data will be stored:
a) for the candidates, who resign from submitting the recruitment documents and will not issue the required payment: for one month from the date of the candidate’s recruitment process completion,
b) for the candidates who successfully submitted recruitment documents, but have failed to take up the studies and will not issue the required payments: up to one year from the date of candidate’s recruitment process completion,
c) for the candidates who have been accepted: for 50 years (§15 item 4 of the regulation pertaining studies, Journal of Laws of 2018 item 1861 with later changes), d) for candidates, who have issued required payment, but will not become students: for 5 years from the date of the last payment, taken as in full calendar years, starting from 1st January of the year following the date of the candidate’s recruitment procedure completion (regulation of 29th Sept. 1994 of accountancy Journal of Laws of 2019, item 351).
6. You have the right to access and correct your personal data as well as the right to demand their content be deleted or limited permission for further processing.
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervising body.
8. Giving attribution to your personal data is voluntary, however the denial results in the continuation of the recruitment procedures impossible.
9. Your personal data may be transferred to the third parties for the accountancy and fiscal reasons.
10. Your personal data may be transferred to third parties for the reasons of debt recovery.
11. Your personal data shall not be used for programmatic decision making or profiling, as defined in art. 22 of GDPR.
