The purpose is to scientifically argue the need to apply the concept of "financial diplomacy" in scientific circulation; based on the logic of methodological monism, to reveal the interdisciplinary nature of financial diplomacy as a new independent object of economic diplomacy, which requires deepening the conceptual foundations and expanding its application in practice.

  • Identify the challenges and opportunities for countries to adapt to the changing global landscape in order to promote their economic interests through methods, means, and instruments of financial diplomacy.
  • Analyze the changing dynamics of the global economic system and its impact on the strategies of financial diplomacy of countries.
  • Study the role of international financial institutions and other players in shaping the global economic order.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of financial diplomacy strategies in promoting economic development, poverty reduction, and addressing global problems such as climate change and financial instability.
  • Develop recommendations for policymakers and other stakeholders on how to improve their financial diplomacy strategies in the context of the reconfiguration of the global economic system.
  • Study the impact of financial diplomacy on domestic economic policy and reforms, such as fiscal and monetary policy, trade policy, and investment policy.
  • Investigate the role of financial diplomacy in promoting regional economic integration and cooperation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of financial diplomacy in mitigating economic shocks and crises, such as currency fluctuations, debt crises, and financial market instability.
  • Identify the key drivers and obstacles for successful financial diplomacy strategies, such as political factors, institutional capacity, and cultural differences.
  • Assess the potential of new financial technologies and instruments, such as digital currencies and blockchain, to transform financial diplomacy strategies and promote sustainable economic growth.
