Enrolment step by step

1. Candidate fills in the enrolment form on-line and chooses the scheme on www.wseh.pl.

2. Candidate submits the documents to the Registry Office at rekrutacja@wseh.pl (list of documents available below). They will be informed later when to deliver the documents physically.

3. Within the next several days after the submission of documents, Candidate receives the Decision of Admission accompanied by the information concerning the first payment terms.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED UPON REGISTRATION FOR THE 1ST DEGREE SCHEME

1. Polish Matura or another document entitling its holder to undertake studies in Poland.
2. High school diploma.
3. 1 recent photograph in the physical form.
4. 1 recent photograph in the electronic form.
5. White portfolio.
6. Personal data form (to be filled on-line).
7. Declaration of having read the regulations of studies and regulations of tuition fee payments (downloadable on this page).
8. Text of the Oath (downloadable on this page).
9. Statement of truth of the enrolment data (downloadable on this page).
10. Confirmation of the bank transfer, for the registration and application fee (85 PLN) and 22 PLN for the electronic student ID issuance, to be transferred onto the following account:

1. Polish Matura or another document entitling its holder to undertake studies in Poland.
2. Undergraduate diploma, graduate diploma or uniform 2nd degree diploma.
3. Diploma Supplement (not applicable for the candidates who graduated before 2004).
4. 1 recent photograph in the physical form.
5. 1 recent photograph in the electronic form.
6. White portfolio.
7. Personal data form (to be filled on-line).
8. Declaration of having read the regulations of studies and regulations of tuition fee payments (downloadable on this page).
9. Text of the Oath (downloadable on this page).

ADDITIONALLY, CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT HOLD POLISH CITIZENSHIP SHOULD PRESENT:

1. Medical certificate.
2. Insurance covering the period of studies in Poland.
3. Certified translation for all documents issued in a language other than Polish (does not apply to IB diploma and EB certificate).

Important dates

University of Economics and Humanities opens the enrolment process for the 1st and 2nd cycles twice in the academic year.

• from 1st, June to 31st, October 2023 for the full-time studies (winter semester),
• from 1st, June to 31st, October 2023 for the part-time studies (winter semester),
• from 8th, January to 9th, February 2024 for the full-time studies (summer semester),
• from 8th, January to 9th, February 2024 for the part-time studies (summer semester).
